Question: First skates, are these good?

Im thinkin about gettin into the inline skate scene considering it wont cost to much (most expensive complete ive seen is 329.99) and it could be a nice alternative to skateboarding and bmx. Im looking for what could be my first pair and i’ve come across 2 that I really like. I’ve already decided on frames, im going to be getting some Kizer suspension frames to go with the boots I chose. Ive brought it down to the Deshi CH1’s and the Razors Aragon 2’s. I’ve heard nothing but good things about the Aragons and I like that they are all black for a low profile look. I hear that the Deshi’s are light and nice and flexible, also they look nice too. What I wanna know is out of the two which would YOU get and why? |

If you’re new to the scene I would certainly look for a cheaper pair of hardboot skates. Why? Because you’re just in the first phase and learning wrecks the most in skating. Hence the reason to look for cheap, durable skates. A good base is very important. When you’ve learned some stuff, then I would look for a better, more advanced pair of skates. Skates who match the words cheap and durable; Roces M12, Razors Cult, Razors Genesys, USD UFS Throne, USD Realm, Rollerblade DT4. I would suggest Razors over anything else, but that’s just my personal opinion.

yea man go with the razors =) i have M12 and it’s really holding me down… for example all the grinds are harder to do because they skate is just SOOOO out of date. Dunno if i’m right but it’s from ‘95 or something… |

Ok so incase you guys didnt see the post I asked which out the the 2 would you get an why? |

Razor cults or gens or DT4 you cant go wrong with either as for the frames, dont start out on those get like gc di or gc featherlight to first start out. the default pair wouldnt give you any trouble either. "Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going." |

Aragons. Lightweight, hardboot, durable, flexible but not too much, cheap replacements.

id say remz or xsjados actually… xsjados are nice coz most new skaters find boots heavy to carry around, and keep on, and you can take xsjado liners out and use as shoes (hence the name footwrap). remz are durable, easy to customize, a bit expensive, but you cant go wrong with them. to save some bucks, get the os ones "What you gonna do, kill me with your soupcup?" "Teacup actually" "What's that?" "I'll kill you with my teacup" |

Remz are way to ugly for me. |
