i think they are a good skate that has a lot of really nice flex. the wheels wear out really fast and the frames arent as good as i thought they would be. they are a bit heavy which can be a problem but you get used to it but that causes the liner to slip so i would wear an extra pair of socks. i give the overall skate a 7

wheels:wear down fast.

frame: sucks i suggest wearing antis.

Boot: pretty heavy.

liner: um….ok really nothing wrong.

overall rating: 8 for begginers 6 for experts

crticism: a little heavy….the soul plates wera down pretty fast along with the wheels and the frame is really bad i suggest switching. link if you want to buy it. This one is customed so its real good. http://www.erolling.com/Custom-Rollerblade-DT-4-Skates-info-1743.html

also its a good skate for begginers and its good for the price.

The midsoles are rivited on, so in my opinion, it gets a 2 out of 10. :P
1 point for being aggressive. 1 more point for the frames being UFS.
Rollerblade have really lost their game.

rivited on what does that mean and what are the midsoles?

instead of the soul plates being screwed on they are rivets so they dont come off as easy… see…the red circles inside the circles there are no screw holes just plane flat rivets thats wat it means…

I would definitely suggest Jugs instead of Sifika’s. Although it might have been the model, my experiences with Sifika are very bad. I’m on my second pair of Jugs right now (I sold the first pair pure and alone because it took so long to put them on; they were Neophrene’s) and every time I skate I’m glad I went to Jugs.

hey guys, are these a better choice than the razors cult 8s? and would the midsoles being riveted on affect a beginner?

Avatar FlareXII Administrator 357 post(s) Moderator

If you’re a beginner, then these are perfect skates for you. Then again, cults are fine for beginners too, and both aren’t too expensive so it’s more about what appeals more to you.
